Hi I have 1 year experience in SAP Fico in capgemini and have ctc of 4.25 lakhs. I cleared two technical rounda where deep domain related questions were asked and it seems interview went very well and told I be getting Hr call for further process. Fishes please tell me how much hike should I ask from infosys for Associate consultant : SAP Fico position? I was thinking to ask 100 percent hike ie. 8.5 lakhs. I read on glassdoor the avg salary is 8.5 lakhs. Please help me how much hike should i ask Capgemini

Hello, I am working in HCL Technologiesas L1 resource my CWL is nagpur but I want to change my working location . It’s not the norm but it’s not uncommon. They have too many applicants.
It’s actually usually a good sign of the strength of your application in the sense that they don’t think they need two people’s opinion on your candidacy.

No they don’t interview any candidates they don’t find interesting.

Wait… Is it the norm to have an “observer”? I had one interview from the adcom - she wrapped everyone up within 28 mins lol
It could be interviewer preference? My interviewer was a hand talker while the observer was engaged and had their eyes on the screen while taking notes. To add another data point mine wrapped up in exactly 30 minutes.
How did your interview go OP? Also can you tell me how you landed one lolll

No observer in mine either! Just one person who was very engaged and able to take notes simultaneously haha
