I recently joined Infosys.. but this feels like another world now. After giving so many interviews I finally got Infosys but again after joining I have to give serveral rounds of evaluation to get allocated to a project. one being Karat exam, an exam where most people fail at the first time.
Don't know why i feel i am not hired yet... feels depressing that after lot of struggle you join a company and instead of learning by joining a team or project, you are again made to prove yourself.😓

I got a salary range for junior manager from Deloitte in NL that’s lower than the salary range of a starting senior consultant in pwc. I was under the impression manager in pwc is junior manager in D and senior manager in pwc = manager in D

I have just recently accepted a position as Director of Compliance at a Fin-Tech company here in Naples, FL.. My previous 17 YOE were strictly in the Financial industry. Does anyone know what the average salary is for this position? I have a sinking feeling that I accepted the role too quickly without comparing salaries. The position only pays $50k/year.
