I recently joined Tech Mahindra and they terminated me within notice period clause of 90 days. On top of that, they are showing negative fnf to me, while they should be paying me the 90 days dues. Utterly shameful the work culture.

Looks like the client has made your position redundant at last moment and Internal management has checked the frequency of opening for your role in other projects and have realised that they don't have other projects to shift you to.


So you are simply being removed. (I think Job word itself got crucified here because job itself means employer ensure that they have a demand and need a helping hand as well as have ability to pay to that helping hand)
