What is the employee grade hierarchy for Finance in NatWest Group

Hi fishes, Had discussion with TCS HR and he told he need to take approval for 21.5LPA as my current CTC is already on an higher level, My YOE is 7+ now , Will they offer me 21.5 lpa? Does the approval take place in TCS or just HR is ghosting me ?

I’m struggling. I left an agency I liked last year due to growth limitations and since then I’ve worked at 2 different agencies and can’t seem to find my footing. The first one seemed like a good fit at first but then it turned out to not be the best place for me so I left. At my current agency I feel super undervalued. Recently completed recording a series of seven one-hour webinars, approved for credit by CFRE for both certification and continuing ed. Did some advertising on LinkedIn, no takers yet.
I have some name recognition in the nonprofit development world, where quite a number of people do need these credits. Not sure what to try next.
