Much slower and easier than big 4. Comp is lower. If they offer you the $ you want and you want a easier job, then take it.

Not a fan. Work is interesting but compensation is pathetic. Largely depends on where you sit—you work across offices so highly recommend you come in with the highest salary.

Is WTS only strong in reward? What about org design, talent management and HR transformation capabilities?

We have those practices and are strong in those as well. Feel free to hit me up for a conversation.

I worked there for 15 years and just left. If you are in the insurance industry, you will do great. That’s their focus. If you are in any practice I wouldn’t go there. The work and life is much easier than the big 4.... however, so if you are looking for quality of life over quality of work.... it’s great

Lots of things finally made me leave.... the best way to sum it is is that they are constantly rearranging the deck chairs on the titanic.
