I want to ask the companies what are actually expecting from a fresher ..like seriously to know everything you should know that he or she going to understand the things with time...if you are going to make them understood about the work.. then what's the problem guys..why are demanding this much from a fresher...just check his or her communication capability to understanding the things..keep normalise the things for freshers too.

My natural instinct is to assume rejection if I have conflict with a partner or don’t think my feelings are reciprocated. So far I received offers from PwC India, Capgemini and Lexmark for Data Engineering.

More are in pipeline from KPMG GS, TechM, Accenture.

But one peculiar thing is happening. I have appeared for 4 Cognizant interviews but in all I have been rejected. Whereas most of my friends had easily cleared Cognizant. I am switching tech, so I am a bit concerned like whether my knowledge is too shallow😐
