I moved to my current company just a month back but Amazon process was in progress, so leaving in probation. I don't think they considered TC of my current company (17 LPA from 7.5 LPA) as it's been just a month. Any views regarding the offer and TC offered.

I have been offered a position at a non-US B4 with a 2 year path to partner. I know one of the partners at the local firm and have the support of the regional service line lead, and am bringing a specialized skill set they are trying to open a new business around. The KPIs seem achievable and I’ll be in charm school to help build support within that timeline. Most of me thinks a 2 year path under these circumstances realistic but my inner skeptic is jaded. Our company is considering offering 401K employer match. We are about 200 employees venture backed company. We have about 60% participation mostly the non HCEs and only some key employees contribute. We always pass top heavy test and wpassed the 2019 ADP/ACP test. We are aggressively hiring and project there will be increase in participation, particularly if we offer the match. Given this information would it make sense to continue with a traditional 401k plan or go with safe Harbor plan?

Hi guys, I got an offer from x and i discussed that with my current. At 1st current said they can only give 30% increment. I said I can't stay with this cause i got 70% and expect at least 50%(as the 70% included VP and the current org don't have vp, they have bonus). Then they said they can do max 45%. Let’s say your original TC in your current is 300k, but because of stock appreciation, your actual TC now is 500k (same base, same bonus, but stock appreciated). When negotiating with new company, will the new company consider your TC as 500k, or 300k? Thanks

How much rent should I be paying?
