I want to know about my ongoing job application at Accenture. I have given online assessment and interviews then shared documents for BGV. After that, again got online assessment which I completed and recieved call again for the same BGV yet no updates recieved after that.
Last person who asked for BGV documents told me that they are processing offer letter. When can I expect the offer letter or further communication with HR on salary discussion as no discussion happened on the same.

1099 or w-2 ? I have been given the option though the company prefers w-2. It’s a day rate booking couple of months or more (no end date). I already have 1099 from similar company this year and am leaning towards 1099, but I don’t want to be difficult. I do take home office deduction and they are not supplying any equipment. I feel like I can’t redeem my career. I’ve been out of paying work since I graduated. My bar was delayed due to a medical problem and since then I’ve only been able to find volunteering. I’ve been working for free for 2 years now. My network is tapped, my mentors are confused why I can’t find anything, my law school’s career services actually gave up on me, I don’t have the money to move to a new place, I have no other support and I can’t even go back to retail because nobody’s hiring out here.
