Tech Mahindra I wanted to get your perspective on something. I’m currently working as an SAP Release Lead with a CTC of 23 LPA (including variable), and I’ve received an offer for 28 LPA fixed with TechMahindra.
I was recently assigned to a project after being on the bench for some time.
In your opinion, do you think HCL would consider an early release if I resign now? Also, from a long-term career standpoint, would you recommend making this move?

I got an offer from hcl and they are offering very less hike on my current CTC around 20% even fixed part is less than my current fixed amount.

I reverted asking them to provide 40% hike on my cctc or 20% hike on fixed cctc and wfh option.

Hi need suggestions, i just joined HCL technologies noida , as a tech lead, its been 2 months only , and my reporting is to group tech manager, and he's giving me hard time to settle in and understand the project. Feeling like being pressurized to do things fast.
