I have got offer from HCL - E2 band (Tech lead) 17lpa. Could I further negotiate with them to get my package inflated?

I am having 3 years and 8 months of experience in building Web and Microservices using technologies like Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security, Hibernate, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, JavaScript, React.

My CTC : 11.25 LPA Fixed and 56k bonus

How much can I expect with these experiences.

Currently I am quoting 18 LPA and sometimes 18 to 20 LPA

The requirements are insane to officially “resign” - draft a motion, pay a fee, send proof of service - I honestly do not know what this nonsense means, I’m not a litigator for a reason. I joined HCL in july 2021 & completed one year in july 2022. Currently I am serving notice period and my last working day is December 7th. I resigned in September month
So when I will get my variable pay of last year as my performance cycle is still not closed.
