Hi everyone! I’ve been working as a product manager in an internal consulting department at Kaiser Permanente a on software product that maps and automates clinical workflows. Need info on SAP Job titles/levels at Microsoft, Out of Desperation during Covid I joined Deloitte as a Consultant (one level above an entry level Analyst) with 5 YOE. Microsoft is offering me a position of Software Engineer. I don’t want to make the same mistake as I did when I joined deloitte but the next level Software Engineer 2 requires 8 YOE so a little confused here on what job title matches my YOE and skillset
