I was offered 8lpa by Capgemini but Client called me and offered to give me 11lpa and complete WFH but they also want me to join in 30-45 days.I resigned 1 week back and my NP is 90 days.Client want an answer on best possible Date I can join.
Capg hr told that they will not revoke my offer even if I join in 90 days.
What should I tell Capg Client and HR as HR also asked for earliest DOJ before giving revised offer.
My NP is 90 and non negotiable and I am also trying to get more offers.
