I have joined last June TC, how much hike/bonus can I expect for tier 1 rating? PwC

I so badly wanted to get offer letter and resign from my company.

Now I have OL and serving notice, still I’m not happy and want to go for higher package and better offer.

Seems like, This is a never ending rat race, what do you guys do to relax? To have some quality time? I am somehow not able to enjoy my life and this hits me hard quite often.

Also it’s easy to see people earning double with same YOE. Do you guys feel the same?

In Zs Space under tasks in my profile base salary is showing as 21 but in offer it's 19

Just got offered a job at a small biotech in London (UK). ~£45k plus bonus but only 1YR FTC and no equity.

Pretty sure it's a discovery role too.

I just finished my PhD at a very good uni with 3 years technician experience before that. BSc and MSc also at very good unis with good grades.

I think this offer is well below par, but curious to hear what you guys think/if you have any comparisons?

I have an offer of 30 Lac from a Product company (role - Product Owner). I need to join them by last week of Jan, 2022.

Today I have received one more offer from a bank for same role and they are giving 5 Lac above CTC.

I am thinking to give counter offer to the company I already have offer from.

Please suggest how should I approach. My joining date is very near so a bit hesitant.

How does your firm work? Mine works like this: associates do all the work on the cases, but the partners name goes on the bills to bring in the clients. When you ask the partner a question, they have no idea what the case is about, status, etc and tell you to ask the associate. Shouldn’t the partner’s hand be in the case since they are the one signing off on it?

I work in tech and have been at my current company for 6+ years now. I'm basically a senior level data analyst and I'm really the only person at my company with that skill set so I get A LOT of high priority requests from every dept. It can get overwhelming.
The idea was just floated to hire and train 2 analysts to work beneath me so that I can focus more on strategy, big picture and optimizations. Should I be asking for a raise and title change? I did get a pretty decent raise in February too.

I'm the hiring mgr for designers in my org. I recently discovered pay band information given to me by the HR generalist I'm working with on hiring was outdated and updated bands had been released over the summer (prior to my hire date). The outdated information had led me to believe a prime candidate was out of range. Aside from incompetence, can anyone think of a reason why HR might have withheld information about the pay bands? I assume mgrs see the full monty when it comes to pay...right?

About 3 months ago I moved to a new team within my company. The new role came with a higher pay structure and a senior title. My company is currently giving out performance and salary evaluations for next year, and although I had a great evaluation, I received no salary adjustment because I was just “promoted”. While I’m happy with my new team, I can’t get over the fact that I’m not receiving any sort of salary adjustment. It just feels like I’m getting ripped off. Thoughts?
