I was recently interviewed at bmc all 3 rounds went fine. HR initially said that the hiring manager was happy with performance but needed more time for deciding regarding my selection. A few weeks later the same hr contacted me and said the hiring manager was happy to go forward with me and had also extended the verbal offer and no official email confirmation for selection. Now hr is saying hiring manager is still unsure. Can anyone help me what I can do? Everything has gone side ways now

Will an MBA set me apart? I have a BS in Marketing from top 15 undergraduate business program with a 3.8 gpa, 2 years work experience (3 by the time I’d enroll), and scored in the 63rd percentile on the gmat. This qualifies me for an average business school (ranked below ~50). My goal is to move into a management position within the next 5 years and eventually move into a director or c-suite role. At your companies, do most upper-level marketing employees have an MBA? Is it from a top school?
