I am planning to move to San Jose and looking out for salary range offered to audit seniors. I am in the middle of my CPA and just need to pass one more paper. Also I have audit senior experience with EY as contractor for 5 months and 3 years of Audit Senior experience with a mid size audit firm based in houston. Interviewing with a small (50 people) boutique firm in a management position. They are in an industry I have 10 years of experience plus I have 5 years management consulting experience in B4 firm. Assuming the pay and potential bonus are reasonable what kind of challenges would I be in for?
