I have a offer from Zscaler (India) for 20.5 lpa including stocks. And, another offer from Karza Technologies for 24.5 lpa. My last working day is 22nd of April. And, I have Zscaler is willing to buy me out. However, there are no buyout options at my current org. I'm currently negotiating for an early release (31st March). If I do get this, I'm planning on asking Zscaler to match Karza's offer and throw in the early joining part. Does this sound like a good idea?

I am selected for an Analyst role in Firm Risk Mgmt department, just wanted to know what should be my salary expectations? I have heard 30-40% above fixed is a good starting point

For background, I am currently working with JPMC as an Analyst for 9 Fixed + 2 Variable, I am a (MBA TIER 2) campus hire. Total Work-ex - 12 months.

Also, JP gives campus hires around 15-20% increment if you complete the entire performance cycle i.e. Dec-Dec

So what number should I quote?
