So- we run Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) for our clients display ads in a feed and corresponding google sheet via Google DoubleClick. My q is- does anyone know what systems out there allow for creating a template that will automatically pull a product image from say Target.com and automatically building the ad & copy without manually making 1000 ads via row for row in the google sheet? I know this is possible but curious if Sizmek or Flashtalking are more common in this type of creative development.

Oh, I would also try to communicate the value of being in person and give people an opportunity to share their concerns and feedback. I’m the one whose got day care drop off and pick up 3 days a week and my boss told me just to block off my calendar those days so people aren’t adding me to 8am or 4:30pm meetings

If I had a choice, I would choose back to back days. Preferably Tuesday and Wednesday.

How big is the team? On the smaller side, I agree with asking them. If bigger, it might be better to just pick because no same 2 days will be good for the majority, and some will feel like they didn’t get ‘picked’ for what worked best for them.

If I had to go back into the office, those are definitely the days I would prefer. But your team might be different, and may have life circumstances that would impact which days they prefer. Maybe do a poll and ask them to come to a consensus?
So true! I have to make an announcement Monday but I will let them know we can change it going forward. Also I would rather have a set two days (so if they miss a Tuesday there is no pressure to come in on Wednesday, better to just come in one day)
Instead of splitting it up into Tuesday and Thursday pick two days in the middle of the week back to back. Like Tuesday, Wednesday or Wednesday Thursday. Don’t do a weird split.

Do they all have to be there on the same days? Could you tell them they can pick but it has to be between Tuesday and Thursday so there is a good level of face to face interaction? As a data point we have to come back in the fall and Tuesday and Wednesday weee the days leadership mandated. Other than people complaining about parking, it’s been accepted well.

Can you get some budget for bagels/donuts, team lunch or team happy hours over the next couple months? We have a bar in our office so directors and VPs have been sending out invites for team happy hours on specific days for their teams.
