Hi Fishes, I've accepted offer from Accenture from their portal.. But now got new offer from EY and wants to join at EY. So how can I tell Accenture Accenture India that I'm not going to join them. Rather than not showing up on the date of joining? Can you please guide me? How do I let them know? My talent coach is not reachable

Dude that’s infuriating to read. I can only imagine what you must feel like. I would see if you fall under the ADA’s definition of disability and report accordingly. Here’s a link for more info.
https://www.ada.gov/employment.htm
Sounds like they’re trying to scooch you out while avoiding a lawsuit. To me, it sounds like you’re being discriminated against and did everything in your power to be upfront with HR about your condition, which can sometimes help or hurt you depending on the culture of the org. I’d follow that ADA link posted above, and find a new job
Yes
Which country are you in? Very different rules in US vs UK.
How long was your probation period? Many are 3-6 months. My experience in the UK is that you get assessed at the end of probation, and if you’re not ‘bad’ enough to fail probation but not ‘good’ enough to confidently continue, then PIPs are often like an extended probation with development support.
The fact that they’ve put you on a PIP AFTER you told them of your illness actually indicates to me that theyre not trying to avoid any ‘lawsuit’ - OR, they’ve made a stupid decision - because actually this is the worst move you could do after an employee communicates an illness/disability to you.
It all depends how much you like this job. If you’re willing to try and improve then, make sure you get really clear direction on how to pass this PIP. And make sure that it is possible within the realms of your newly discovered illness, and the company is supporting with that.
Trying to find another job whilst going through
this process can be distracting and disheartening I personally would put effort into one or the other. That said, you don’t want to get caught short in case you fail and get let go - so make sure you have regular updates throughout the PIP to understand your progress.
Two things: It’s only been 6 months - depending on the org/role that’s unreasonable. Whats even more ridiculous and frankly sounding absolutely discriminatory, is that you just shared that you have a disability! While their expectations may be unattainable, the bigger issue is how you handle this level of blatant discrimination….
