I went to bed last night while it was still light outside. I only woke up one time during the night. I still feel tired. I know I am drinking enough water, but I am struggling with getting my vitamins & protein in. I seriously think my doctor is going to have up my B12 shot! I have a friend who takes a shot each week & she feels great. Do you have regimen for vitamins that helps you feel better? I'm struggling and don't want to rely on energy drinks to get through the day. Any suggestions?

Are you experiencing more emotional exhaustion than physical exhaustion? Teaching at the beginning of the school year takes so much mental and emotional energy in addition to the physical tasks.
Some things that have helped me cope:
Good nutrition from natural foods
Daily multivitamin
Consistent sleep routines
Work/life boundaries
Journaling - to help me process the emotional load
Daily time in nature/walking
Yoga

Managing my stress level really helped me regain my energy. I hope you feel better soon!

Thank you. I think it has just been more emotional and psychological than anything. I now have some of the seventh graders who caused so many problems last year. Adding to the attitude and behavior from last year is the 8th grade arrogance and entitlement.

I’d start with iron. Eat more beef sticks and things like Kale if you can. Take supplements as directed.
I line up A-E and take them daily. ADE& K are fat soluble. They usually have some fat in the capsule. Also magnesium is often a deficient supplement.
I’m a foods teacher. These have really helped me. Right now I’m working on iron. Good luck. Also! Electrolytes. Not just water!

Make sure that if fixing the emotional portion doesn't make the tiredness better, to get blood work done. My sister has been feeling really tired and found out she was anemic. But even after iron supplements she was tired so after further digging they think she may have a pre-cancerous condition that could cause some of those symptoms. Just make sure to do your do diligence.

Controversial question - what are some roles/functions to avoid at Google for ex-management consultants, in terms of potential under-utilization of skills and limited career progression? Common exit opps tend to be in StratOps, PMM, PgM/Solutions Consultant, roles in Sales; would anyone not recommend any of these roles?

Hi everyone, I am getting ready for a job interview, and need to create a media plan. I was hoping someone can help me with the next task: basically, I need to create inventory recommendation based on past performance. What I am very confused about is that they gave me Booked Impressions (=4M), but in the task it says I should assume there is unlimited inventory. Am I supposed to use this 4M only to calculate spend, ROAS, etc., but can actually have unlimited allocated impressions? Thank you!
