Do you have limited availability because of the job you want to keep? That might be an issue. I notice most retail/food service/similar want you to have completely open availability, which I think is ridiculous, but something to consider.
I understand with the small businesses because they don’t have much of business to really care about availability I feel like but it gets anmoying

I probably feels frustrating to not be able to land a new gig. I assure you that having two jobs is a good problem to have. The job market isn’t the greatest, but at least you don’t have much urgency to get out of the job you already have. Most companies slow hiring the first few months of the year, so your best bet will probably be spring when most companies pick back up
That’s the thing, I’ve been trying to leave this job since September. I’ve urgently wanted to leave so bad because I literally dread coming to work everyday but literally no one will even look at my resume, and then when I do get an interview, I never hear back from anybody.

You’re not doing anything wrong. A lot of places say they’re hiring but aren’t actually staffed up or moving fast. At this point it’s less about you and more about broken hiring processes. One thing that sometimes helps is asking directly to speak with the hiring manager instead of submitting another online app. Still frustrating, but don’t internalize the silence.

That is frustrating. It sounds like you’re doing everything right, but some places just have messy or slow hiring processes. Sometimes it’s about timing or internal priorities, not your skills. Don’t let the silence make you doubt yourself.
