Nope.. when I asked for notice period negotiation 6 month back they said we can’t reduce. Now they started the conversation like, Pardeep we have an offer for you.. we have reduced your notice period to zero days and you have to resign now

I had two recruiters today reschedule a meeting. And this is the second time rescheduling. Honesty, not sure what value recruiters bring. Is this common now? Is it hard to have respect for people’s time and their schedule? Reschedule once I can understand. But twice is just stupidity. I hope AI wipes out all bad recruiters who don’t give af. Sorry for the vent. Maybe it’s just my bad luck then.
