I would recommend listing your experience first and lead with it. Disclaimer: I am not an HR manger or resume specialist. However, I am a hiring manager and know I would find it odd if an applicant did not list experience first. Good luck my friend!

No, should be after your experience, most people will ignore it over the experience unless it’s a prestigious school.
2-3 years experience is still experience. List that first unless you’re just graduating. . .
As a hiring manager, I'd expect to see work experience first.
