If my current salary is above band and still they take me in, how long does the approval process for the offer letter take? What all approvals are needed in this case? It has been more than a month now, since I’ve had the hr round and still no offer letter, whenever I check they tell me that the approvals are pending.

Trying to decide on the HDHP Health Insurance. Basic vs. Premium. Benefits says the two are equivalent in coverage except three differences - deductible $3K premium vs $3.5k basic, no monthly payment for basic and no $2K company contribution for basic HDHP. What am I missing here. Why would t one not go for basic as you are ahead by about $1K. Any explanations or thoughts?

l interviewed for Deloitte (India not USI) in January, and accepted an offer letter with DOJ of 25th April, later HR asked me to join on 11th April for which I agreed. Now I haven't received the revised offer letter or any links other than BGV and Pre-Hire form from Deloitte and now the HR is not even picking my calls or responding to emails.

Any advice on what to do?
