I have 4 years of experience in Sales and Uses tax from big4. I wanna switch to new company. How much CTC I can expect?

I'm currently on implied status in Canada (applied for an extension before the expiration date on my OWP), but lost my job two months ago. I'm actively applying (and interviewing) for new opportunities. What's a good time to mention to a potential employer that I'm on implied status? I tried coming plain from the first interview, but that has been working against me. The CIC website says I can keep working with an expired WP and SIN but recruiters think otherwise. Help!!!

One key mistake I made while trying to get into PM was to tailor my resume bullet points towards *proving* I was a PM (I did user research! I defined the product vision!) vs. explaining what exactly I did. More lessons learned / tips and tricks 🔗 below.

I need advice. I moved into product management under a year ago to an early stage startup. The first few months went well, but the last 5 have been chaotic. I am currently working as Branch Manager (scale-2 officer) in one of the leading public sector banks and have 5 yr experience in core banking. I am having 2.5 years experience in the IT sector on vision plus as a software engineer (before joining the bank). I have knowledge of core banking as well as good knowledge of banking tools like finacle, caps, imac etc. I want to switch to private financial institutions.
Any suggestions about such institutions and the domain for I can apply

I have 10+ years of software experience but no animation experience at all. Love gaming but wonder if studios have a need for developers who don’t focus on the animation or design of a game? Thanks!
