I am an SA1 in the UK, 3 years in the firm. In the UK there’s a threat of losing your job if you fail your cpa equivalent exams twice. My anxiety started from there when I sat my final 3 exams in July and it builds up as I started to work a very complex big job straight after the exam. I have also been constantly working busy seasons (dec, march, june, and sept year end) and I it is pretty taxing. Taking short term mental health leave now but not sure how it will be better when I’m back, advice?

Simply wondering, once PP or EXP on AA, why do you stop earning 500 mile certificates? I know you they’re no longer necessary at these levels but what if I don’t hit top tier the following year?

I’m a new grad hire (7 months) in the OCM consulting space. I’m passionate about change management and communication strategy.
