There’s a lot of things to take in to account- your skin type, your Fitzpatric, what skincare you are currently using, any routine you are doing as well as medicines you may be taking, your health, daily activity, etc…
I would encourage you to see an esthetician in your area, that can go over your concerns with you, and based on a thorough consultation, give you a good routine.
As well as skincare- you could probably benefit from some laser therapies that are out there, and chemical peels…. Each state allows different scopes of work that an esthetician can do, so seeing an Esti at a med spa may be a good option!
Not in my 40s, however, I would suggest you see an esthetician. They can provide specific treatments to target these concerns.
Serums and moisturizers work with a lot of consistency but I think treatments would get you immediate benefits.
