II have a needy and chatty class. I did’nt establish a good dismissal routine and it is a disaster every day. They need to be quiet to hear their names called. What can I do to walk back my mistake? I’m in need of suggestions for structures with timing. 🙂 Thank you! I should clarify that I have kids in my room for 20 minutes from 3-3:20. They slowly trickle out until bus riders are left. And did I mention they are beyond chatty and their volume escalates so quickly? 🤪

(NDA mentioned no defamation) leaning on the side of letting it go, but this employer sucked BAD and i want others to know. ik its hard to give a straight answer bc it depends on the agreement, but wheres the line between bad mouthing vs your honest experience?

There’s no worst feeling that to be rejected by someone you love. I gave my heart and time to someone I thought felt the same towards me for more than a year. They decided to end the relationship cause they didn’t feel the same, and even though I appreciate the honesty, it hurts a lot!
