I'm a BASc Mechanical Engineering graduate and currently having a hard time finding a mechanical engineering job, so I'm working in another field for now. I feel the main issue is lack of professional experience—but it's hard to get experience without getting a job first. Aside from experience, what else can I do to improve my skills and resume? For example, would getting SolidWorks/ANSYS certificates help, or would building a portfolio website be more useful?

I joined Accenture few days back as level 9. Till now didn't get any project. I have one more offer from another company and have not told them that I joined Accenture.
Should I wait for Accenture to allot me project or shall I abscond?
I am worried since I joined Accenture as level 9 team lead and what if they fire me? Or map to some irrelevant project?

Recommendations for improving lower back / sciatica pain. Is there a seat cushion / lumbar support cushion that genuinely helps you? I’m all ears. I have a high quality office chair and try to use my desk in standing mode at least once a day and wear good trainers for feet support. But the lower back pain is a killer. Driving now too ends up hurting :(
