I’m currently working in EY as senior analyst with 1.8YOE. KPMG KGS has offered me position of business associate with 50% hike(I wasn’t promoted in ey due to some technicality). And here in KPMG they said they can’t give me an upper position as i dont have 2 YOE (which i will get till the time of joining in july) . What should be my play here?

I have an offer from HCL and TCS Noida and KPMG Pune. Offer from KPMG being a slightly higher package. Pune is far from my hometown and Noida is Close.
