If I have to hear "that's cap" one more time I swear. Or that I'm "doing too much"? Lol. Pretty sure that's cap means you're lying, doing too much is self explanatory. Bc it's too much for me to ask them to do, well, basically anything lol.
Yes, I hear that one a lot. I always ask, "What does that mean?". Usually, someone will come to me at some point during class and quietly tell me if it's something bad.
‘Do you have rizz’. ‘That’s cap’. ‘On God’. ‘Bend the neck’
According to some of my former 8th graders, I definitely do not have "rizz". In their books, I sure do not have charisma! 😆
Skibidi toilet (???), mew (jawline exercise), mogging (beating someone at something), alpha, beta, sigma, [insert random thing]maxing... I swear I overhear some of their conversations and I feel like I'm listening to aliens speak.
So what does skibidi mean? I've been hearing it a lot. My toughest thing is the text talk. They use it all the time in their discussion questions. I always tell them it doesn't count for their word count if they use it.
Slay seems to be replacing fleek, which I found strange because slay predates fleek. At least, I think it does.
I ate that up! or I'm gonna eat that up!
[Meaning they did really well--or are going to do really well--on quite literally anything they did or are going to do.]
Slay… which I think means really good! 😂
bop or bob, not sure which one. but is is used to describe a female student who is sexually permissive. Describes the oral act.

Living rent free- if you are living rent free in your head, it means you can't stop thinking about something.
I was told I was “that girl.” They assured me that it was a good thing. I still don’t really know what it means.
Dear goodness if I hear Skibity Toilet one more time this year I am going to loose it!
