We are close family and they trust my judgement. Another of my uncles wants to join for the next home we buy. How do we split/ allow their buy in to our partnership for the next home? Hello everyone, I'm a cs grad student graduating in may making a career transition from mechanical eng to cs. I had an internship but its been hard to find a fulltime dev role. I was thinking of taking a lower position at some company and working myself up maybe BI to DA. I would like to work as a dev but a lot of the small companies are offering salaries significantly under 100 for jr dev roles. Any thoughts?

Hi there, I had a question about 401k or Roth IRA. Should I put money into anyone of the two as an international student? I don’t see the point because I want to invest my money instead of saving it. Plus I don’t even have a permanent resident status so I don’t know if it makes sense saving it for retirement. On the other hand, the employer match and so on sounds good. So should I save it and take it out later or just invest it?

They both have the same requirements, generally speaking, including a field immersion course that serves as a capstone in the Master's in Management, which is fairly new. If I am not able to gain admission to Harvard Business School, but wanted a similar educational experience to become a consultant, should I attend Harvard Extension?
