I’m getting ready to leave on PTO for 10 days next week, and I’ve tried my best to communicate this out to my teams. However, I’m still receiving report requests for delivery by end of the month. Any advice on how to handle? I’m usually a yes-girl, but I don’t think I’ll have time for everything.

I think you are just going to have to be honest. Respond to these emails saying normally I would be more than happy to help but as a reminder, I will be leaving on PTO and I don’t think I can complete this request before I leave. So this will have to wait until I return insert your return date or you’ll have to find someone else to assist you

Personally I think you need to be straight to the point honestly. They may have just not put 2 and 2 together, so may just need a reminder from you personally that you have time off booked in so won't be able to help out with those tasks.

Be straightforward with them. Tell them that while you're going to try to handle their requests in a timely manner, you will be going OOO shortly and there is only so much you can get done beforehand. Ask them which asks they'd like to have prioritized, do your best to handle those before you leave, and then go enjoy the time off.
