I’m in the process of launching an online business and was planning to apply for a government contract or grant. However Trump has rolled backed everything for minorities, which includes women too. I just feel stuck! I can’t find a job to save my life and now this. Does anyone know of any good resources to obtain funding that are fair amongst all people regardless of race or gender?

Not to sound overly negative, but trying to do anything that involves the federal government is probably going to be a problem going forward. There's going to be a lot of confusion and a lot of litigation that takes place. The executive order that obliterates the one from 1965 that assured fairness for women and minorities is aimed at doing away with all of that. It's unclear how that will play out in reality, but it doesn't look promising.

How much time Qualcomm take to release offer letter? I am a immediate joiner.

I got selected last week but till now didn't get my offer letter, HR told they will send the offer letter within a week.

After enquiring, now she is saying your offer is pending with India head, after that it will go to US office for approval?

How much time it really take any idea? How could I approach HR for immediate offer letter?
