I'm selected in HCl and bgv is gng on. I worked in last organisation for 20 days. Days. When HCl told me I was selected, I left that organisation (total 20 days).. this thing I have not mentioned in resume and also didn't mentioned in bgv. I have informed hr she told it would be fine.
My previous organisation might create a pf in 40-50 days, by that time I would have joined HCl,will this epfo thing impact me after joining HCl?
