My therapist just told me I'm depressed..do you ever feel like they tell you things you hear a lot or could have figured out on your own? Like take care of yourself, it's ok to feel such and such, etc. I'm still newer to therapy so wondering if that's the common experience? Do you ever have moments where you're like wow that actually is eye opening and I wouldn't have gotten that from reading self help books and websites etc?

I managed to get the job I want post-EMBA and now I’m seriously considering on not going through the EMBA program at Darden and lose my deposit... any thoughts on weighing the short term vs long term ROI? My short term ROI is nonexistent at this point.

Want to prioritize school (mentally) and leverage workplace as a lab to experiment with diff ideas I learn in class (rather than focusing on going above and beyond for the next promo). Is this a recommended approach?
