I’m waiting for an offer to come in to be CFO of a nonprofit - there are significant challenges with the state of Federal funding, there is a huge overhaul needed in software and department structure, I am extremely excited but impostor syndrome is hitting hard, too. Any encouragement, suggestions, and words of wisdom would be appreciated.
