🐠, what are your thoughts on moving to Columbus OH from Chicago. SO wants to move for family reasons, but I'll have to leave consulting - not sure if I can find comparable corp strat/bizops roles.

When I leave Big4 hoping to get a job at the Senior level, so do I need to wait to promote to Senior for that? Or can I start applying a little earlier with the anticipation of it happening? Ideally would like to have a job lined up and quit ASAP once I hit Senior.

HR opinion: Do I have any leverage as a hospital nurse case manager in negotiating earned time? I have 15 years within the organization, left for 10 months to be remote during the pandemic while sorting out childcare as immunocompromised family helped.
