Looking for input . My company's policy has always been to pay out on rollover PTO when you leave the company. My last day was Jan 8th, and I had 10 days from 2020 I was supposed to be paid on. I talk to my manager and a VP in HR, and they both confirmed I would be paid on the PTO in my Jan 15th paycheck. However, I was not paid and when I emailed about it I was told there was a PTO policy change in April of 2020 and the company no longer pays on carry over PTO...

How do I communicate to my boss they aren’t a great teacher? I hardly know what I’m doing (just started a few months ago) and if I ask I get a cold, short response. They also don’t spend any time to get to know our team (myself included) and I feel like that’s why they can’t get anything done on time. Everything is transactional.

I have joined TCS last year Feb under BPS( BSC Computers), doing the work in IT project. But i am getting the salary for BPS role even after the one year anniversary literally no change in my in-hand salary.
When I have asked my team manager to convert me to IT role from BPS role she is avoiding the topic ( tried asking 3 times). Also 70% of my senior team members moved out, so work pressure is also increasing.
I thinking of asking for project release. How can I proceed with the this?

anyone else exhausted by the constant dialogue around mental wellness in the workplace this year? Never ending emails/about making space, mental health benefits, etc. I’ve already received 2 emails this week, one was resent to me asking to brainstorm more ideas support the team through “tough times”. I think I’ve been good about checking in with teams, pushing back on clients as best I can, making accommodations for those who’ve asked for them - but the incessant pressure to manage others’
