Hi Fishers, I have accepted Walmart offer and my BGV has started 3 weeks ago. How do I check my BGV status? I will be joining in mid May. Also, I have been hiding one of the company where I had worked for 45 days and then absconded due to personal issues. Would it create any trouble? They had created my PF account though. Any help would be highly appreciated

I’d keep it bullet points. It reads easier and keeps each point summarized. You can mention more as well, without it sounding long winded.
Use an AI app to format your resume. The majority of companies use software to sort through resumes. With AI you can place the job description in and ask it to match your resume to the word description for the job. You will need to then read through the new resume and edit if AI embellished some descriptions or skills etc
Bullit points try to find specific things you accomplished where you worked and lost them as specific as possible. I mproved food cost 3 percent during the first quarter something like that. Companies want to know what you bring to the table that improves their operations or profit.

My schedule goes through stages from heavy to light- like now, so I registered for other Gig Platforms. For most U can manually put in current & previous employment until u have ur Resume. I'm currently also an Active Brand Ambassador & had recent had to Update My Resume. Usually in The Position Description the Employer w specify what type of a Resume they want. Put it in the Prompts. The AI platform w layout exactly what's needed and U can plug in ur accomplishments. Don't forget Volunteer Work or Other Educational Training. I leave the bullets for the Skills Section. Also www.Canva.com is a Excellent Resource for Resume Templates. Just start w the Free Version. U can Download the Resume to ur Phone/Laptop, 💻 etc when Completed. Good Luck. 🤞🏽
