Strategy& fish - i’m currently recruiting for org strategy. Ive talked to associates (in the healthcare practice) and theyve mentioned that it doesnt matter whether youre in corp strategy, org strategy, etc and that you’re pretty much pooled by industry when it comes to staffing.
Can someone confirm this? Also, what do you expect the restructuring to look like?

IMHO, it (should) depend(s) less on money and more on…
- your personal opportunity for growth
- mentors/managers you can learn from
- account/client that will allow good work
- agency reputation/image
7% isn’t a lot, but compared to all the people getting a lot less, nothing, or getting let go…
And opportunities are few and far between in the current market.

I would recommend asking about the annual bonus and what types of perks you get in addition to the pay
If your current agency is burning you out or not giving you exciting stuff to work on absolutely
Be sure to ask about COL and merit raises.
