I am currently looking to accept new roles for a job. I have an associates in Accounting have an 8+ year background in accounts payable and am about to receive my Bachelor's in August for Business Management and Economics with a concentration in entrepreneurship. What would you think would be considered a fair hourly rate or salary?

Planning to take the CIPP and CIPM. Will be doing self-study. What is the “book” everyone refers to for studying? Is it just the “study guide” the IAPP sells? Does anyone know if the study guides and sample questions you can buy on amazon are sufficient to use for passing? Appreciate any and all advice.

Just got a job offer from EY for Senior Consultant in Transformation Architecture - $105K Base I have 7 YOE (4 with other Big4 in Audit and 3 in Industry Consulting) based in Vancouver. I live in Canada - does this seem reasonable?
