Watch out for Publicis—specifically Digitas. After a few weeks there, and a couple of quiet days (client is taking their time w/comments, etc) I was told that even though I was booked for that short week, I was only going to get paid for time actually worked—the 3 daily status meetings. If you are in-house and focused on privacy law, can you give me a sense if your Data Processing Agreement is crafted for compliance with the GDPR and CCPA only, or does it address compliance with all applicable data protection laws? If you are at a law firm working with clients on their DPAs, do you see more of the former or the latter? I’ve seen a mix and curious what is market. Thanks!
