Is it good to join via 3rd party payroll in Morgan Stanley as Business Analyst

Hi all! I’m currently a commercial account manager at an independent agency with 3.5 years experience….looking to move to underwriting. Any leads on where to start? I’m located in the New England area and would love to be remote.

So recently my SO has been accusing me of being in control of when we are intimate (sex and cuddling). She says that every time she wants to I say no - and whenever I want to - she says yes. So it's by default doing whatever I want when I want. It's a gross exaggeration of what's happening - but does anyone ever deal with something like this? My manager gave me feedback that I need to be more articulate overall and improve on my presentation skills. When I asked if he had any specific suggestions on ways to do this he didn’t have an answer. Any advice?
