I have an experience of 8.3Yrs, current ctc 14lpa and i have an offer of 21.5lpa from tcs. My profile is python, django, docker and kubernetes. My technical rounds have been cleared in Capgemini. How much compensation should I ask for in my HR round?

What's a good Software Engineering salary in Stockholm, Sweden?

-I am under 20 years old and self taught, but I work on-par with the rest of the team (all of them except me have degrees ranging from master's to PhD), I don't know how much the other team components make

I have got an offer for Manager level at a Big 4 in Consulting. People who are 3-4 years juniors at my MBA college are at Manager level and might get promoted sooner than me. Also, a couple of immediate juniors are at Senior Manager level.

Have you been in a similar situation? Is it awkard? How to handle it after joining?

PS: If you are wondering, I do not have a Big 4 or consulting experience while they have it.

How hard is Haas to get into?
