Is it just me or has anyone else felt extremely discriminated against during a mandated workplace DEI workshop and gaslit the entire time when attempting to ask honest questions?

Umm maybe provide an example ? DEI training feels forced and weird most often than not, I’d wager most people are letting it go in one ear and out the other as to not rock the boat. None of the convos seem particularly honest

I have worked in four different types of pharmacy and I don’t really like anything so far. I don’t know what to do anymore. Right now I don’t feel like I can do any of these jobs forever. The types I have worked in are:hospital (pediatrics ), retail, specialty and a call center.
