Is data analyst at a Bank a good profile? Does it get a lot of offers from others companies or will my growth be stagnated?

I am fairly new to the pharma industry (in for about 3 years). I recently was promoted to a global program manager role and while the programs I manage aren’t terribly complex, I’m finding it difficult to be confident when everyone I interact with is senior level (Director and above). I feel like I’m starting my career at the top. Any recommendations on how I can develop my drug development knowledge and skill set?

I would just submit my two-week notice but I truly like my supervising partner and I know quitting will be a shock and disappointment to her.
