I put a piece of white paper into a large picture frame from ikea.

This is genius.

I just use a literal whiteboard

I have a nobo glass and magnetic whiteboard. Got it on amazon

like

Same. Glass looks nicer and writes cleaner

Home Depot has these large slabs of whiteboard-ish material. It’s not the best quality (would recommend whiteboard spray) but it was $15 and I asked them to cut it into 3 pieces and one piece is about 3x5 ft

like

I got a 3x4 white board on Craigslist (pre COVID). They resell used office furniture so it was $40

Hello RSM coworkers! I am thrilled to be moving to RSM into a Scheduler roll. I just found out yesterday and want to be as prepared as possible in the next steps.

So here are my questions.

How long does the background study take? I'm guessing admin staff have a study that is faster and less complicated than someone in Tax ect.

When training at home what did you need that wasn't supplied by RSM? My home office is well stocked but I want to be as prepared as possible.

Thanks in advance!

Just landed a full time gig, looking to get some furniture so I’m not working on my parents’ kitchen table during this remote period. Any recommendations for desks and chairs? I’m hoping to find something that’s easy to assemble and break down for when I need to move, and something that won’t cost an arm and a leg.

I know everyone has a different kind of setup that works for them. I currently have a laptop, drawing pad, second monitor, and a desk riser.

Any recommendation for a good office chair for back pain? I fell and hit my lower waist area so the chair also needs to have good and thick cushion for support. Also trying not to spend over $300-400ish if possible. TIA!

(FL) So I currently work in ID, storm claims etc., and would appreciate any advice the great people here have.

I have been practicing for about 1 1/2 years. My current case load is approx. 80-90 cases with very little supervision and a shared assistant. This is essentially impossible to keep up with and the pay is horrible.

I want out, but feel as though I’m an undesirable hire due to the above and I went to a bad law school. Is a recruiter the way to go? How do I transition out of ID?

I got selected in Accenture in the technical round. HR round is done too. I'm to have a final manegerial round.
My total years of experience is 9.8 years.
They are offering me an Associate Manager designation. Is that okay by Accenture hierarchy standards?
And what is the salary structure I can expect there (fixed , variable payout etc) ?
