Have you looked for a gown with sleeves? If you already have a sleeveless gown and aren’t looking to buy a new one, I think this is perfectly fine

It’s not ugly but I’ve always felt like a very old lady when I wear one. If a new dress is an option I’d look for dresses with bell sleeves, bishop sleeves or kimono sleeves— they will still be stylish dresses and arms will be covered.
