Hi Guys,
I have been assigned to a Unbillable Project, they are building one app and have recruited people from the talent pool. The project is not registered in GLOW. And they are calling it as Voluntary Contribution type project for studio. Is this what they call Internal Project in Globant?
Will there be any impact if I don't perform as per their expectations?
Will it be of any benefit to me if work in voluntary project? Will HR recognize this project contribution as valid work?
Globant
Hyderabad or Banglore which one to chose.

I’ve left three firms and one in house role.
The first firm just ghosted me after I gave notice and pretended like I didn’t exist, and then wiped my phone on the way out.
Next two firms were amicable and we parted ways on a good note even if bittersweet. I had valid reasons for why I left and they got it, even if they were left in a bad spot by my exit.
When I left my last in house role my manager said “all of your reasons are valid”, her boss said “take me with you”, and her bosses boss did a brief speech about my good character and said that I was “not just a good lawyer but a good person.”
How much advanced notice did you give in the past?
A3, I gave 3 months at my last job. Granted, I'd been there over a decade.
There are amicable resignations, but the rage thing is as equally within the norm.
Cant say personally since I've stayed with the same firm since the bar. But, with 1 exception every attorney I've seen come and go in that time made gentle exits and are still fondly mentioned whenever their names come up.
its only amicable on their end if they are laying you off
Similar thing happened to me. I’m a two year associate that just recently left my firm after working there the past two years. I gave them two weeks notice and at first, my MP understood my reasons, even said they were valid, thanked me for giving two weeks, and said that I could use him as a reference. Shortly after that, the whole team basically kicked me off everything and began disparaging my character behind my back and were upset I was leaving. I was extremely confused because up to that point, all feedback had been positive and it seemed amicable. But afterwards, their attitude towards me changed. I hear from other attorneys that it’s normal for the firm to be upset when we resign.
I have seen very little grace given for resignations. Even an obviously toxic direct boss (which everyone admitted and who is still at the firm) was not enough for people to say 100% justified. The most I have heard was « well played » when it did not directly affect people.
It’s always a dramatic breakup sadly. I’ve ended on “good terms” yet one partner will take things personally. With that said, “it’s not you it’s me” will be your best option.
