I need a advice, I am holding an offer from Deloitte USI & EY GDS for SAP FICO Consultant role but i am concern about work culture & Projects that I will be involved in. I am looking for SAP Implementation projects.

EY is paying more than Deloitte.

Please let me know if you have any advice for me.

I have similar offer from R systems and Wipro. R System has work location in same city where I live but Wipro asking for Pune to join.

In terms of growth and job security which is the best option ? I have heard a lot about hire and fire policy in R systems so scared to join during pandemic.

Any suggestions on my thoughts to not join R systems ? May be what I heard is not absolutely right.

Another salesman told a client their ad campaign would be ready next week. Today our supervisor told me to help him, but he has hardly even started the work. Is there any way for me to point this out without feeling like a jerk

Hey guys! I just received luckily enough two offer from two big companies: one as a Senior UX in SAP Concur and another one at Microsoft as a Designer II in Microsoft Teams. The role matters until a certain point to me. What does it matter is career and learning perspectives. Do you have any previous experience with one of the two companies? How long did it take you to receive your first promotion? I have 3 years of work experience, currently at my 3rd agency, and third associate position. Four people on my brand team have been promoted (across levels and departments, but none in PM). I am currently a gov attorney at a major metro area in the northeast. I recently received an offer from a ID private firm (1900 billable hours) in the area for about 40k more than my currently salary.
