Is this illegal?

A prospective employer requires you to take 2 10 min breaks per shift but does not block your schedule or give you resources to do it. Patients complain that they are not being seen on time. Employer says that if you don’t take the breaks you will be written up and potentially terminated. This seems like a pretty ridiculous situation where they only care about themselves.

Am I wrong to think this?

I had salary discussion with Senior Manager in Oracle and agreed but I am yet to receive the offer letter. It's been 3-4 weeks already and I mentioned in the call to him that I put down papers based on job offer from Accenture.

Should I read too much into a quick response from an interviewer to my thank you email?

Offering advice to job seekers who go around recruiters and message hiring teams, execs, etc. You are putting the Recruiters job in danger. If a Recruiter declines you or doesn’t choose to reach out, it is because the hiring team declined you, or you don’t have the experience. You will most likely not be considered for future roles because of this. When I see people giving advice to reach outside the Recruiter, it’s bad advice. Very rare is this a good idea.
