However , it's been a 10 days after docs submission but haven't received any call from HR for salary negotiation. On email follow up with HR, he said he is on it and will come back to me soon for further process. Any views.NTT DATA

That is how it is at my company too. We have to take a 30 minute break every day or we get written up. But most of us can't actually take a break because there is too much work that has to get done.
Thats quite frustrating. Thanks for sharing your experience
So the original poster sounds like their background is medical. I don’t know if the second person supervisor, one is in the same field. My question to both of you is why are you not blocking your calendar? And as a patient in the medical area, it seems to me that you guys all do your work on the fly kind of as it happens, that’s just the outside looking in. But if you’re actually working on things, block your calendar.
And when the time comes up, go take the time. These are usually regulatory items that employers have to follow. That’s why the message is so strong.
I have no option to block. Supervisor wants to make patients wait
OK, so you’ve confirmed that you’re in a medical background. How do you have no option to block, it’s your calendar? It also sounds like patients are going to wait on you no matter what so if the loss says you have to take these breaks then you have to take the breaks and the patient’s weight. When is the best time to take the breaks that may be at a specific time every day, although I doubt it. Block your calendar. Let me know if you don’t know what that means.
